Dan Ferrari, a singer/songwriter from New York, proves that he is in a league of his own, the lyrical prowess and refined songwriting skills are effusive, penetrating, and perfectly framed” . So writes A.L. Harper of BlogCritics.org in her review of “Dan’s”  CD “Don’t Let It Fall.”

 

Dan has written songs for Oliver Wimmer (WEA/Germany - Top 20 in Germany), Frankie Negron (Former WEA/Latin) and Tatiana Owens (MTV “O Music Award Nominee"). Dan’s music has been featured on VH1 and MTV inclusive of the hit song “Pendulum” (Universal/Def Jam Records “Love and Hip Hop Compilation). Additional placements include Young & the Restless (CBS), Cobra Kai (YouTube Red), Basketball Wives (VH1) and Principal Financial Group Commercial. Dan's song “Never Not Want You ” was featured in the independent film “Play The Game” (Paul Campbell, Marla Sokoloff, Doris Roberts, Andy Griffith).

 

Dan performes in the NYC area. Shows include - Dan as the half-time entertainment at the New York Titians Lacrosse game in Trenton N.J to a crowd of over 8,000 as well as the New York City Songwriters Circle in Greenwich Village (Nora Jones, Kate Voegele).

 

Dan's various co-writer/producers include platinum recording engineer/producer Tone (Carlos Santana, Green Day), Scott Krippayne (Kuttless, Jordin Sparks) and John Lardieri (Jessie J, Claude Kelly, Daughtry). Dan is in the company of John Legend and Joan Osborne as songwriters who have won the Abe Olman Songwriting Scholarship from the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
